Returns or exchanges for used or unused items
Refund requests due to change of mind
Product dissatisfaction unless a fault or error on our part has occurred
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that rare issues may occur. If you receive:

- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) in question
- A description of the issue
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue gracefully, which may include a replacement (subject to review).

- Delays caused by courier services
- Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received (please contact the courier directly in such cases)
